Going Country? The peace and quiet. That fresh country air. What’s not to love? In our minds, nothing. Working with clients on acreage properties is where we really get to play. No neighbours, often no architectural controls, and no side yards gives us very little restrictions!

This means we get to be creative. However, with countless options comes great responsibility. How do we capture the best sun exposure? Where do I want my views facing from the kitchen? Where’s the future shop going to go? Where will I want to plant my garden? How do we get a road in here? Who do we call for services?

Well, glad you found us. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many clients on their rural properties and these are some of the most important questions! We then go to work on the perfect floorplan and an exterior that will complement its surroundings and stay true to your taste.
