Lakefront

Just add water.  Nothing’s better than having the perfect spot to relax, or where the family can spend their holidays together.  Now that you have a place to dock your boat you will want a place to sleep too! 

Lakefront properties are so exciting for us.  Often our clients needs change for a whole different type of living when it’s on the lake.  Where will we put the outdoor shower to hose off our sandy feet?  The bathroom in the walk out basement needs to have double the towel storage.  Beverage stations need to be on both levels and how do we capture every single view on the deck? 

Often times there is demo involved of an existing structure, property clearing, or specific rules to follow by the municipality, we handle it all! We have experience building on Sylvan Lake, Gull Lake, and Buffalo Lake but that does not limit us. At the end of the day you just want to relax and enjoy yourself!  We want to get you on the lake faster than you can say “flip flop”.
